How do I make a return?

To start a return click here to use our returns portal. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. We are currently unable to cover shipping costs for any returns. How does Mediform fit?

Mediform scrubs are close fitting, so we advise to size up if you prefer a looser fit. You can see further details on sizing in our size chart here.

 

How can I buy a set of scrubs?

All tops and bottoms are sold separately. To purchase a set of scrubs you will need to add the tops and bottoms to the shopping cart separately through their individual product pages.

 

Can I order personalised scrubs?

All scrubs tops can be personalised with text and/or a logo, personalisation can be embroidered or vinyl printed. Please allow an extra two weeks delivery time for personalised orders. Please note, personalised scrubs cannot be returned or exchanged.

 

What fabric are Mediform scrubs made from?

Our scrubs are made from an organic cotton, nylon & elastane mix and have an anti-bacterial coating for extra protection. Mediform fuses function with form, offering superior, stylish medical attire to meet modern standards of care. 

 

How should I wash my Mediform scrubs?

We advise to wash Mediform scrubs with detergent on a 40 degree wash cycle and add Dettol antibacterial laundry cleanser also. This maintains the high quality of the fabric as well as ensuring your medical grade scrubs are cleaned within infection control guidelines. This will also help maintain the unique anti-bacterial coating that features on Mediform scrubs for additional protection. 

 

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Orders being shipped to the UK can take up to 5 days to arrive, international orders can take from 1-2 weeks. Please allow an extra 2 weeks delivery time for personalised orders.

 

Can I cancel or change my order?

Once an order has been made, it cannot be amended or cancelled. Please visit our returns portal if you would like to return your order once you have received it.

  

Do the prices include tax?

Taxes are added during the final stage of checkout.

 

Will I need to pay any customs fees?

Customs duty charges are not applicable for any UK orders, if you’re making an international order, you may be subjected to additional duties and charges.

 

Can I make a bulk order?

We offer discounted rates on bulk orders.
